Love your show!! Nothing finer than backstrap on the grill!!! I use A1 peppercorn dry rub and while it’s grillin I slice 1/4” salted butter and pour Dale’s Seasoning every time I turn the meat. I am a meat hunter by heart and was told once that you can’t eat dem horns! Thanks for a great show!! Keep it coming!!

Osceola smack down with M.E.A.L. Doug Duren (left) and Michael Harkins near Gainesville, FL. Meat donated to the Caz Turkey Busters for their landowner appreciation dinner. Buck hunter Doug is now a turkey hunter and has completed his first, and most difficult bird of the Grand Slam. Good luck to Steve in his quest to bag an Osceola to complete his Slam.

I killed this hog in Wahoo, Florida near Jumper Creek. We call them piney woods rooters. Kind’a bad ass looking, don’t ya think. Man he sure was a thrill to hunt, I saw him several times before I could close the deal. He sure was ugly, but what a magnificent wild critter.
